Support

Questions, bug reports, and feature requests — every message gets read.

The fastest way to reach us is email: support_inkpotter@monodorg.com. Including your device (e.g. "iPhone 16, iOS 18"), the URL of the post in question, and roughly when something happened helps us respond faster.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account?

Not to draw. You can pick a paper and draw freely with no sign-in at all. Saving a work publicly or sharing it requires signing in with Sign in with Apple.

Where is a draft in progress stored?

While you're drawing, your draft is autosaved only on your device. Nothing is sent over the network until you tap "Save to Server." The History tab shows both on-device-only drafts (a blue "Draft" badge) and posts already saved to the server, together.

Can anyone see my posts?

Yes. Anything you "Save to Server" can be viewed by anyone who has the share link, from a plain web browser, with no app required. See the Privacy Policy for details on what's public.

I'm not seeing an ad, or saw one that seemed off.

The only ad slot is on the History tab, and whether anything fills it depends on ad inventory at the time — not seeing one never affects any other feature. If something about an ad's content concerns you, let us know with as much detail as you can (roughly when you saw it).

I found an inappropriate post.

The web viewer page a share link opens has a "Report this post" link — you can report it to us directly from there, no sign-in required. See the relevant section of the manual for details.

I found a bug, or something I drew disappeared.

Please email us right away with as much detail as you can — what you were doing, which device, and roughly when. We take this seriously and will do what we can to help.
